Pleased with 2 x 3 min runs. A lot easier having slowed pace and easier breathing today. Feel like I'm going to complete but next run will probably come back and bite me on the bum!!!!! But a happy 45 year old slightly overweight chappy tonight 😁

Hi. I also did w3r1 tonight. I expected to find the 3 minute runs quiet tough but was pleasantly surprised to find they went better than expected! Let's hope w3r2 goes as well! Good luck!

Slow and steady and breathe... that is all it takes Well done
I’ve just finished week 3. Found the three mins made me out of breath but I could do them. Week 4 is 5 mins so I’m not quite sure I’m going to manage that.
I'm happier with breath since slowed down hopefully eventually I will speed up and still breathe lol

Good for you. If you've done R1 you've proved u can do it so relax into the next two. It starts to be a mind game from this point. Just trust the programme and you'll be fine!
