So hi to everyone. I am not new to this group i did my first C25K in COVID 2020. I lost quite alot of weight through running and diet but unfortunately some weight has piled back on due to injury and laziness. Now I am once again (4 th time around) plowing through C25K. It is harder carrying more weight but as everyone says slow and steady wins the race. I am on holiday at the moment but luckily the resort lends itself to being able to carry on doing my runs and as I have exclaimed in the title I have just started week 8 today and completed the 28mins run and must admit are feeling happy with myself. As others have said I'm not the quickest or I am sure the most stylish but I love my runs and coupled with walks they improve my mood through activity and being outdoors. Good luck to everyone on their journey.

🤗 Welcome back & this is what it’s all about… enjoying your runs!! For some that means further distance or faster, for others it’s just the joy of the quiet rhythm that brings new sights & sounds and contented feelings. We all run for different reasons, for different results. I love yours!! You will soon graduate & don’t forget to claim a well deserved and overdue graduate badge! Xx
