Just about to go out and I’m dreading it, I found every run a challenge so far and jumping from 90 seconds to 3 mins seems unrealistic.

I figure I’m going to just try and run for as long as I can. I keep trying not be beat myself up about it. I’ve always dreamed of being able to run but let my mild cerebral palsy put me off until now. I do enjoy the gym but love being out attempting my limb run.

Well off I go, wish me luck

Good luck, I hope it goes well! I’ve just got in from week 3 run 1 and despite swearing a lot in my head the whole way round, I finished it and now feel brilliant 😊, hope you’re feeling better once you get back 😃!

if you've managed to complete weeks 1 & 2 then trust in the fact that they will have prepared you for week 3. Go and enjoy it :-)
