Feeling really happy with that run. My heart is still pumping fast but I've done my cool down and remembered this time to do a few static stretches afterwards so hopefully I won't feel so sore tomorrow.
It took a proper kick up the bottom to get me going, but this time I downloaded the app onto my phone and had Sarah Millican's voice to encourage me so that was nice. It also syncs up with my playlist so I downloaded some tunes to get me going.
My asthma is playing up today so just going to rest up and keep my inhaler on me. Just glad I have done it, just need to kick myself into gear Saturday morning!

well done, good plan on the inhaler - take it on runs. I am an asthmatic too and a trip to the nurse is always a good idea just to discuss your management with the running etc
I think I have a different app, it has an option to have some famous people instructing instead of Laura. It works pretty well for me because Sarah has a lovely accent from South Shields and she makes me smile (I probably look a bit crackers smiling whilst I run)!
