Last run was New Year's Day and since then I've been laid low with lergy and a chest infection (trip to hospital, antibiotics, steroids - the lot)! Finally felt well enough today to try and pick up where I left off on Week 7. Amazed myself by being able to do the whole 25 minutes without stopping.
I'm very slow and not quite making 3k but I'm moving instead of sitting in front of the TV so it's a win win π
