Hi. I am on week 8 which on the program I'm doing is the final week. Was downhearted on Monday after a poor 30 min run. I had woken up with a sore throat and runny nose but went ahead anyway. Mistake! Had to walk for a minute or so in the middle. Was very annoyed with myself! Been out today for W8R2 which is a 30 min run and it was great!! Ran for 35 mins and almost did 5K! Woohoo! What a difference a couple of days make. Nearly there now!!! 🏃🏃
