No running for 12 days as a result of holidays, bad weather, excuses and procrastination!
All day today at work I've been telling myself I will run tonight, I got home, got changed straight away and got out there and this happened! 6 1/2km!!! It wasn't quick or easy by any stretch of the imagination, but I'm well chuffed with that I've done over the 5k.
Looking forward to Thursday and getting out there again. πππ

Thanks Rob. It looks like a good run. I edited the times out of the photo cos they weren't so impressive!!! Haha! But after 12 days off and with a big hill on the run I didn't expect a fast one
How amazing! Which means no mojo gets lost in 12 days! That is encouraging! And 6.5k???! You should be so proud. I realize what kms i do when i go over them with the car. Then i get SO proud of myself AGAIN!! so look at.your route. You did this!
6.5k included my warm up and cool down walks, and a very slow jog up a hill that was probably slower than walking, but previously I'd done just over 5k all included. So well chuffed. No mojo lost here! π
