Feeling pretty good at week3 run1

Just got back from my first run of this week. Mini fail but big wins. Running with a group once a week who are all way faster than me so didn't hear the changes from running to walking so ran way more than should have (next week we're taking a second stopwatch). But didn't even notice though not sure if that's a good think or bad thing. Bit of achey knees but apart from that wasn't as bad as I thought, really starting to love it.
