I really did not think I would manage this week, but run 1 done. I really did have doubts before setting off, as I felt as if I struggled with week2. I thought I would give it a go, if I felt it was too hard I would repeat week2, but I found it a bit easier. Plus it's the first time running with 'Laura' and the music :*

You conquered your doubts well done just remember take it slow and steady and don't try to go to fast, find snail pace and then slow it down a little

I really enjoyed Laura's motivation, although not sure about the 'music'. To be honest I am thinking f doing week 1 and 2 again just to hear Laura
Great running WendyACJ , and good old Laura. I couldn't run without her when I was doing the programme, even though sometimes I would try to argue - she'd say something like, "Come on you can do it." And I'd be saying, "No I can't!" But Laura was generally right.
Keep at it, you'll be fine. 🤓
Wonderful job! I definitely enjoyed week 3 more so than week 2!!
I did my first run of week 3 yesterday and the second 3 minute run was really rough. I took the easier route as well so the bulk of it was running downhill instead of uphill. Not sure how I’ll manage tomorrow with run 2. X
