So today I bit the bullet and set my alarm for 5 am. My partner wasnt happy, but it worked like a dream. I managed to do the full run, without having to stop 15 seconds short each time. Early mornings are definitely better for me. I had my run complete, showered, and ready to start my day by 5.40 my usual time. So looks like this is the way forward for me. Cramps aren't as bad in a morning either. Onwards, ever onwards 😊😊

Need a head torch tho. There's only one street light on my route. Very eerie

I could sell hi vis gear lol. Work on a refuse wagon, and wear yellow head to foot all day. It's not comfy to run in tho

Yeah running in the dark takes a bit of getting used to and I haven't really yet! The way you are going it will all be a walk in the park for you!
