So today I bit the bullet and set my alarm for 5 am. My partner wasnt happy, but it worked like a dream. I managed to do the full run, without having to stop 15 seconds short each time. Early mornings are definitely better for me. I had my run complete, showered, and ready to start my day by 5.40 my usual time. So looks like this is the way forward for me. Cramps aren't as bad in a morning either. Onwards, ever onwards ππ
