Just done run one of week three. Didn't find it too bad after really struggling with run three of week two. How weird is that? I find I definitely have to do my runs first thing in the morning as have no motivation at the end of a long day. Still not sure I'll ever be able to do more than 3 minutes though!

I'm about to do W2R3 and am dreading the move up, but this made me feel a lot better!

I had to do W2R3 twice as I failed the first time. Maybe it just wasn't a good day.

I am on the same week and will be doing the same run later today. I have been worry about whether I can do 3 minutes.

I hope we both get to look back on this and laugh at how worried we were about these early stages.

It was 2 lots of 90 secs and 2 lots of 3 mins. Really it was OK. Jo Wiley helped me do it!

I just got back fromW3r1 and must confess that I feel the difference in just having to run 3 minutes. Still, we are keeping at it and will expect it feels a little easier by the end of the week.

Just done my W3R1 too - found 3 mins quite hard and had to walk for a couple of 10 second bursts, but wasn't as bad as I thought. Keep it up We can do it!😁
