Just done run one of week three. Didn't find it too bad after really struggling with run three of week two. How weird is that? I find I definitely have to do my runs first thing in the morning as have no motivation at the end of a long day. Still not sure I'll ever be able to do more than 3 minutes though!

I am on the same week and will be doing the same run later today. I have been worry about whether I can do 3 minutes.
I hope we both get to look back on this and laugh at how worried we were about these early stages.
You can do it, don't let your brain tell you otherwise!!

I just got back fromW3r1 and must confess that I feel the difference in just having to run 3 minutes. Still, we are keeping at it and will expect it feels a little easier by the end of the week.

Just done my W3R1 too - found 3 mins quite hard and had to walk for a couple of 10 second bursts, but wasn't as bad as I thought. Keep it up We can do it!😁
