Well, I did it. The 3 min runs are conquered. I'll not lie, it was tough and I was slow but I'm so pleased that I've done it and didn't give up. An added bonus is that my lung function is improving dramatically and as an asthmatic this is brilliant news. Here's to to run 2 which I'm actually looking forward to!!
