OH MY GOODNESS !
I was so worried about not being able to do week 3 of the couch to 5k that I had resigned myself to just repeating week 2. Me and my scooter 🛴 buddy went to the park full of football and rugby players and families and I attempted week 3 and I only bloody did it. It was only the last 10 seconds of the last 3 minute run that I had to stop as I felt sick 🤢
I am so proud of myself, I never in a million years thought that I would be able to jog for that long 🏃♂️I wish I had done this a long time ago. I thoroughly recommend it for beginners as you do surprise yourself.
Note to self: Maybe stop running to the sound track of The Greatest Showman, dancing arms and singing out loud is not a good look 😂😂
