Oh what a beautiful morning....!

Gorgeous sunny morning in the Derbyshire hills and I really enjoyed my W5R1 :) It's strange but I'm sort-of itching to try the uninterrupted runs now (what am I saying?!) Feeling really great about it all right now - bring on run 2!

Thinking of runningknitter and Belindauk also week 5-ing :) :)

It was indeed a beautiful morning for running. Well done on completeing W5 R1 ;-)

I feel a little like that now. I am fed up with stopping to walk although my breathing and ody needs it ;-)

Roll on W5 R2 ;-) I will be looking out for you.

Hills!? I love that you are so enthusiastic about running in the hills. I treat them as a necessary evil but perhaps I will grow to love them. There is a real kick out of running continuously - enjoy :)

If you don't want to look to see what's ahead - don't read this.

Not long to wait. Get run 2 over and there is the joy of run 3 before, admittedly a couple of 'interval' sessions on wk6
