Good run tonight. Really enjoyed it. I did slow down and just pace myself as everyone advised. 5min segments-of running is just right. However I think I could step up length or run time. Let’s see what the next run brings.

Ur right. I won’t be stepping up my pace or anything, I just know it’s a longer run next and feel ready for the challenge. Thanks everyone for amazing support. Makes all the difference
