Done and dusted. I usually leave 2 days between weeks so run Mon, Wed, Fri but this morning just couldn't wait to get started on week 5. And a good start to the week it was too. I found the pace of the music fitted my natural pace so much better than some of the previous weeks and I even managed to push the last 5 mins. Kinda figure that if I've got to do 20 mins on R3 I really need to be properly psyched up for it. Just hoping today's run is an auspicious sign for the upcoming dreaded 20 mins!!

Sounds like you are on a roll. I sure you will smash the 20 minute run later this week - just take it slow and steady.
