Done and dusted. I usually leave 2 days between weeks so run Mon, Wed, Fri but this morning just couldn't wait to get started on week 5. And a good start to the week it was too. I found the pace of the music fitted my natural pace so much better than some of the previous weeks and I even managed to push the last 5 mins. Kinda figure that if I've got to do 20 mins on R3 I really need to be properly psyched up for it. Just hoping today's run is an auspicious sign for the upcoming dreaded 20 mins!! :)

Sounds like you are on a roll. I sure you will smash the 20 minute run later this week - just take it slow and steady.

Oh I do hope so. Feeling nervous and excited about it at the same time but having read previous posts that seems to be the theme of week 5. Definitely aiming on slow and steady!

Ah, w5r3, the best run in the whole programme! Such a psychological milestone and you sound like you're ready and raring to go. Happy running Hil :)

Thanks :) That's the great thing about this forum. Having seen all the hopes and fears followed by the successes of others on here makes you know it IS achievable. So much better than going it alone!
