Week 5 completed!

We completed our first 20 minute run this evening, which is amazing considering I struggled with 1 minute just five weeks ago. I feel like a new person, my trousers are getting loose and I've started looking for opportunities to do a 5k run once we've finished the 9 week plan.

I've never been a runner and having hit 40 a couple of weeks ago I never thought I would be, but now I actually feel like I might take this up as a hobby. The Couch to 5k Plan has had an amazing affect on me, thank you Laura!
