At the start of this week, run 3 seemed impossible.
Well... I just did it!
At about the 8 minute mark I was beginning to struggle so I slowed it down and focused on breathing properly, then by about the 12 minute mark, I had found my pace and wasn't struggling at all. It felt like I was cheating somehow.
It actually felt much easier than run 2. Maybe because I'd had some proper food before today's run - a good bacon sandwich!
I'm so surprised and I feel amazing. This programme is fantastic!!

Congratulations to you Shon337 on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran ππΎ π
