I can’t believe that I ran for 20 minutes! No stopping and feel amazing that I’ve done that.

My coach is Sarah Millican and love the way she tells you just at the right time how far you’ve gone which is usually when I want to stop.

Minute 8 and minute 19 were hard but adjusted my pace accordingly.

Bring on week 6!

Well done, I am looking forward to be able to do that, I am up to 3 minutes, sounds like for ever running 20 minutes!

I struggled with the 8 minute runs on week 2 and dreaded the 20 minutes but it was surprisingly ok.

Keep going and putting one foot in front of the other 😃

Well done! Feels great doesn't it? I've done the first two days of week 6, but am daunted at prospect of running for 25 minutes! I must remind myself i felt the same about 20 🤣.

Enjoy your rest !

It felt really good and that I’d achieved something at the start of the day.

Let me know your tips for the 25 minute run 😣

“Well done flower” 🤣 no seriously well done you, what an achievement!

Well done! I did the 20 minutes on Wednesday. Felt so proud of myself. Back to intervals again today for the next two runs.

How was the interval run today? Not long until you’re on a 25 minute run 😱

It was quite tough today actually. I had expected it to be easier than the 20minute solid run. Both my daughter and I said the same though. I managed it but it was tough!

Well done 👍🏼 I’ve been reading other posts and a few have said the next run is hard. Can’t wait for that 😣
