I have just run for 20 mins non stop, i am so pleased. I struggled with 1 minute 5 weeks ago. This plan is amazing , if i can do it anyone can.

Congratulations on running run 3, week 5 of C25K, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks 🚶 and runs 🏃

Brilliant - well done! I did it yesterday - but chose a mostly downhill route. I might try it again in my normal slightly hilly route. I'll feel like I've done it properly then, I hope!!
