week 6 run 1- done

well I finished week 5 including the dreaded 20 minute run. It was not so bad - more a case of mind over matter really.Running never seems to get easier but then when I look back to week 1 I realise I have come a long long way.

The great thing about getting up early to run is that I am not awake enough to listen to all those excuses about why I cant run today - I am on the treadmill before my eyes have fully opened, If I had to give it any more thought I might not make it!
