After a long time I decide to give the programme a go.
I'm on week 6 run1, my question is do I run each run 3 times?
I hope I'm doing right .
I'm totally enjoying the programme I never in a million years I would be able to run for 20 minutes .

Each run is different in week 6 so you just run each run once, but there are 3 in total for the week. Hope that makes sense. Good luck!

Three different runs again in Week 6. Just do each one once with your rest day in between.

No, Week 6 is all different runs, you only do each run once and then move on
Be careful though, they can be tough after W5R3!
