Ran week 6 run 1 today at 4pm, thought it would have been cooler but very hot. I completed all the runs but last minute of last 5 min run was very tough.
It was strange switching back to running and walking after previous run was for 20 mins straight.
Looking forward to run 2 but nervous again about run 3!

In the UK around 4.pm is the hottest time of the day so it makes your run of run 1 of week 6 more remarkable, well done, for run 2 of week 6 try if possible to run around 8am as the weather over the next few days is to get even warmer.
Brilliant...W6 R2 tomorrow for me..How's the low carb going...I did if last week..but kinda lost the plot yesterday in the sun...Two bottles of Jacob's and THREE Walkers plain!!!๐คซ
Hey thanks, hope it goes well for you tomorrow. Low carb is getting a lot easier thanks, no white bread or rice for over month! Just had salmon and leeks for dinner, though I'm craving a kebab n chips!
