Well, firstly I did it. So woo go me! But wow. Who knew that it would be so tough after WK 5 run 3!!!!
I’ve decided that week 5 run 3 is there to show you how far you have come and put you on top of the world... and week 6 run 1 is to stop you booking that marathon just yet hahaha!!
To be honest it was probably more mental as you read about how tough it is after wk 5 so was already in that mindset!
