Got first run of week 6 completed, and week 6 is another week of different runs each time. Hopefully get out at weekend or early next week. Did not struggle today after Tuesday run but not sure I am looking forward to the third run of this week as it then becomes long runs every run. The good thing lol is I am a local legend of our local Parkrun having done a certain section of the Parkrun now 63 times in the last six weeks. Hopefully everyone is still running and achieving what they want to do.

Well done on getting run 1 of week 6 run, don't worry about those longer runs after run 2 of week 6, the program has prepared you for them, as long as you take them slowly you will be 🆗, congratulations on completing that section of parkrun 63 times in the last six weeks, onwards and upwards 🏃🏾 👍

Excellent news about the week 6 run. Another run closer to graduation. Another great thing you’ve done for your body and soul!

How on earth have you managed that park run section 63 times in six weeks? My brain is boggling here!

it’s a railway loop in the middle of the park. It’s also part of the Parkrun I marshal at and I have done nearly all my C25K runs using the loop and it has racked up the loops as each run/walk involves about 5 laps and I think todays involved 6. As long as it stays dry I will continue to rack up the loops.

well done so far 👏🏻. I found I much preferred the runs at the point you are now, the intervals were starting to annoy me and I felt I didn’t need them anymore. I hope you find you enjoy it too. Good luck with the rest of the programme!
