Stopped in Dec after taking ad's for 12 yrs. Had to leave job thro stress. Feel really rough. Trouble going out, no brain. Does this ever end?

Ah sorry to hear this love i have only been suffering a couple of months and know how bad is gets no one seems to understand only the ones who suffer are you not taking any meds and do you think it will be worth going to see your gp and see what he advises you love sorry not much help i am getting help with people on here quite new to the site but let us know how you go xxxx
If it was me I would go back to gp and tell them whats happening, maybe you need to go back on them, but your gp should help you.... defo go see gp!! xx

Stopping antidepressants can be difficult for a number of reasons.
Not only is there the risk of the underlaying depression and anxiety symptoms coming back but also the fact that disconinuation effects can appear in a guise that looks like the symptoms they are trying to treat.
