Yep - most Monday mornings. Seriously. Don't look forward to work on Sunday pm. Also throughout the week but not as bad, and under certain circumstances. I asked the nurse if it was IBS and she said 'just stress'. :O

Hi Gretch,

Yes mine comes and goes.

Well the major thing was to sort out the issues causing the stress/anxiety in my life...??!!*+" like relationship problems - work and home, work life balance, confidence and self esteem building, lack of sleep, find a new job, lose weight, resolve/work on all my Thyroid symptoms so that I DON'T ask again for higher dose - a trial of a higher dose would rid most of the symptoms.

The booklet wasn't really useful, sleep, eat, exercise, breathe, socialise, don't be too hard, talk to others, share problems... etc... a booklet which I had read in various forms elsewhere. It went in the bin a couple of weeks ago whilst clearing out.

Hi Sam,just the same as me! As you say round & round we go,I wish I could get rid of it. I went for hypnotherapy today I dont know if it will help but I will try anything to try to beat this anxiety. One good thing about the session boy was I relaxed when I came out of there. I will write tomorrow & let you know if it made any difference.

Cheers for now
