Does anyone get throbbing in the head

One hour ago I had this throbbing in my head and Im now tense and feel spaced out fear of aneurysm do any one else get this because now I really scared!😥

Yes! That and little prices hear and there in different spots of my head I don't no what it is ...it's scary and when you try to explain it to someone it sounds ridiculous lol and they look at me like I'm imagine it all 😈 my doctor said it's a muscle coming from my neck ..but I still feel unsatisfied and feel like I need a,neurologist! Then I feel like am I just scared and bringing them on mentally?? I don't no........ but I'm always,scared now

Hang in there I get it a lot also have been to a neurologist had a ct awhile ago and answers were its anxiety ugh all the best
