Awake early with deep churning in upper stomach felt juddery in my arms,heart started to race and felt sweaty.My lower legs feel awul with muscle cramps and twitching.Have managed to get out with my husband to do the shopping but was quite relieved to come back as feel more afraid when out i suppose it's the fear something might happen to you.Appetite not very good but going to try and be positive and have some food even if only manage a small amount .

Not having a good day today
Hi welcome to the club think today has been a bad day for a few of us on here.I also woke up with the the deep churning feeling and its never left me all day.Also have had pressure headache most of the day I know its anxiety but it frightens me.Hope you night gets better.Try and eat something I have today despite feeling sick got to keep the body strong to fight this xx

Hi there woke up at 5am this morning pains in my arms stomach was churning had a bad day but i had a feeling that was going to happen so hopefully will try and get some sleep soon took 2 ibrupfen so if that will help. Hope you get some sleep tonight x

Hmm, must be something in the air, I am in a fouler today, not just anxiety but really negative thoughts as well. Rar rar rar hate hate hate.
I feel the same today,my meds have just been upped. Valium as a last resort today.
Have any of you heard or tried EFT.....plenty of free videos on youtube to tap along with, i know it looks a bit strange but it works. I had chronic anxiety for year then I found EFT, I'm not a 100% yet but I'm getting there. Start off with an open mind and just try it, just start by using it to try to relax. Much easier said than done sometimes I suppose.
There are some resources on the site here that I have used occasionally that hopefully can help too, especially the breathing.
