i was having a good day till this ........
Time for you to listen to your own advise m8, your a strong minded fella and can easily get through this.... 👍🏻
I agree with Nathsam you've been checked out thoroughly just like I have. Trust the doctors as they're the experts and chalk it up to anxiety. You're fine!
But have you got that rapdly heart beat fast like im saying really fast then slows down after i fight it
its the same thing rapid heart beat and cant relax my body shaky to im saying im walking to get on the bus was eating food and my heart started beating fast im saying really fast then it calm down a little but in or to relax my heart i start to moving my back like tense its crazy feeling.
Johnnie you will be okay. Your back is tense, you need to breathe and start calming down. As you calm down your muscles will relax, your heart beat will go back to normal. It was a bit of an anxiety episode. Continue breathing deeply and slowly. You are safe,
yeah its going really fast right nowmy sister touched it saying it fast idk should i take a beta blocker even doe i havent took it in a while
If your doctor told you to do that when your heart goes fast, then go ahead and take it. the sooner the better so it can start working.
my heart rate is 134 right now and my pulse is 94 i checked it i have a muchine a blood pressure muchine
Beta blockers take about 1hr to get into the blood stream. Calm down try not to take heart beat. I heart beat machine at home and just made me more paranoid. Get into habbit of taking your beta blocker. I am on 30mg twice a day
its 25mg but im just a little scary of taking beta blockers dont want nothing bad to happen with it
That's what I take Johnnie. 25mg once a day. It will help you to relax. Have you never taken it before??
Nothing bad will happen. If it's first time it will just relax you and might make sleepy. After initial dosage you want notice it next time. I initial was on 80mg and that was far to high.
its the first time now but i took it three times three months ago then i stoped and i still have them here i took one already it has me calm and my rate dont feel it no more
That's great. Relax and enjoy the calm you feel. I'm glad you took it Johnnie. Feel better.
yeah i feel after that pill so calm now relaxed how are you feeling lately ? i was good then all of sudden this again
I'm okay. But it happens to all of us from time to time. It's great that we all have each other for support. Take care.
Yeah hope fully this go away for sure because i feel sick and like ik going to die or have a heart diease that i dont know about its crazy
After i took the beta blocker idk my heart feels so slow and short ness of breath a little bit and a spasm where my heart is i think my heart feels like that when it happens
Johnnie, the beta blocker is suppose to bring down your heart rate. Try not to get upset or your heart will beat fast again. Go with the calm feeling. I think the shortness of breath you are feeling is because you are probably holding your breath because you are scared. Try to breath naturally.
You are so use to feeling your heart beat fast that your mind doesn't know how to accept the slower beat. Did you have this feeling before when you had taken the Metoprolol? Remember it made you feel better and will not harm you.
You are struggling and that means you are not fine. Physically, your body is fine and you should be grateful for that but it sounds like you are dealing with quite a bit of anxiety and panic. I would highly suggest finding a psychologist or psychiatrist in the area and seeking help through them. They can help with therapy and medication. You shouldn't have to live this way!
Yeah you think so ? i feel on the edge mostly everyday my heart beating and my shortness of breath and just feel so tierd its like fighting everyday and i do fight back to go through this it goes away but it always try to come back and sneak back on me espically the heart situition and i cant relax my body im shaky and so tense
