Apart from the woozy/light headed feeling earlier I’ve now gone really hot. Went across to the shop and when I got back felt awful now laying on my bed with the fan on, felt very breathless. Didn’t feel too good when I walked to the library to take books back earlier either. I hate this feeling especially on my own. I’m Not going out again for the rest of the day, really not up to it

Have a chill. I worked for 3 hrs this morning feel exhausted now.

Think I’ve had a bit of a panic attack out of the blue, feel tired now and have a tension headache, so I’ve just done my dinner early so later I can relax and just have a sandwich or something. It did scare me though as that hasn’t happened for just over a week when I went into a shop and had to leave.
I have Netflix on my iPad so might go to bed early and watch something on that. xx

I was in Bexleyheath at the shopping centre - somewhere I never ordinarily go and it made me think of you.

I don't drink enough fluids in general but I'm particularly bad at it when I'm in an anxiety episode.
I forget to drink snd eating is near impossible.
Dehydration can cause all your symptoms.
Try to up your fluids.
I use popcicles, italian ice/slushies, etc. I hate drinking water so i supplememt with other stuff.
Powerade is good. Or a fruit smoothie. Fresh fruits like watermelon, oranges, pineapple.
I'm convinced ice cream counts as a liquid serving. Its frozen milk that melts in your belly.
