Not feeling too good

Apart from the woozy/light headed feeling earlier I’ve now gone really hot. Went across to the shop and when I got back felt awful now laying on my bed with the fan on, felt very breathless. Didn’t feel too good when I walked to the library to take books back earlier either. I hate this feeling especially on my own. I’m Not going out again for the rest of the day, really not up to it

Sorry to hear that.

Just try to relax for the rest of the day and perhaps try to get into a good film.

I’ve got the tv on upstairs at the moment, have had nausea as well and a little panicky with it. I haven’t got a DVD player in my room and I really don’t fancy going downstairs so will have to flick through the channels x

Have a chill. I worked for 3 hrs this morning feel exhausted now.

Think I’ve had a bit of a panic attack out of the blue, feel tired now and have a tension headache, so I’ve just done my dinner early so later I can relax and just have a sandwich or something. It did scare me though as that hasn’t happened for just over a week when I went into a shop and had to leave.

I have Netflix on my iPad so might go to bed early and watch something on that. xx

That is a pity, panic attacks are horrible.

Try not to sleep too early though.

I thought of you today!

I was in Bexleyheath at the shopping centre - somewhere I never ordinarily go and it made me think of you.

I don't drink enough fluids in general but I'm particularly bad at it when I'm in an anxiety episode.

I forget to drink snd eating is near impossible.

Dehydration can cause all your symptoms.

Try to up your fluids.

I use popcicles, italian ice/slushies, etc. I hate drinking water so i supplememt with other stuff.

Powerade is good. Or a fruit smoothie. Fresh fruits like watermelon, oranges, pineapple.

I'm convinced ice cream counts as a liquid serving. Its frozen milk that melts in your belly.
