Hello does any one suffer from health anxiety I hav for many years .but now I feel like iam hanging on a thread I hav some symptons and my docter is sending me for urgent tests I feel like I just carnt cope on all letters she has give me for various test hav urgent cancer safety netting iam just out of my depth and don't know iam goin to get through this .

Yes, I can definitely relate. I have terrible health anxiety. I am waiting for results of urgent scans. I think I might have a nervous breakdown 😫.

I definitely relate! I hate doctors offices but I’m always in there because I’m always convinced something is wrong with me. For instance right now I have been completely WEAK the past couple of days and shakes and off balance so I’m sure I’ll be hyper fixated on that. But when I’m nervous about test results I find that getting cozy and watching my favorite comforting tv show helps me feel better! I wish you luck on your results! You got this!

I totally understand. I get major anxiety just walking into any kind of medical facility. My blood pressure goes up just having the cuff on! My regular doctor has me take it at home because of my bad anxiety in a doctor’s office. As much as I try to calm down, take deep breaths, etc. my anxiety just won’t ease when I’m having a medical appointment. It’s very upsetting and frustrating. Hope all your tests go well. ❤️

I have health anxiety too and like you had it many years I am at min waiting for scans on pelvis and as normal am thinking the worst also my back is awful as well and I haven’t done anything to cause it so that’s bothering me

I feel anxious and I know this exaggerates everything but I can’t help it

I’m on fluxotine but bad at min

Oh I know it's awful I just want to stay in bed till the appointment for scans and then I no I will be so anxious waiting for results good luck
