Hi Nbkforever and Welcome to a caring support group.
How long have these symptoms been going on.? Did anything change or provoke this
feeling? I struggled with the same thing when anxiety first started. However, I was
checked out by my doctor to address any physical causes before being diagnosed with
anxiety. That would be my first suggestion. I'm happy you are here with us
