head feels weird strange almost 247 and can’t breath etc anyone else and how to combat it

How long have these symptoms been going on.? Did anything change or provoke this

feeling? I struggled with the same thing when anxiety first started. However, I was

checked out by my doctor to address any physical causes before being diagnosed with

anxiety. That would be my first suggestion. I'm happy you are here with us xx

I had brain ct and was told I had anxiety with these symptoms. Mine came with a lot of headaches as well. It won’t be like this forever! When I got on anxiety meds my symptoms got better. I finally accepted it was anxiety when I took a Klonopin and then my head would feel fine. Sending lots of love
