Hi Rhar, if it was a brain tumor you would have experienced some serious symptoms in this time such as fits, black outs, projectile vomiting. I also constantly feel disconnected from my surroundings, spaced out and weird, I've had it for about 10 years in total and I'm not dead, I am not a doctor but believe it is simply an imbalance in brain chemistry which causes it, I can kind of control mine by ensuring that I don't have too much coffee and keep busy, however when worrying about something, it can get really bad where it feels as if its taking over me. It is so unlikely that you have a brain tumor but anxiety and anxiety disorders can certainly make you feel exactly how you described.
If your on med, it could be from that. Also your sinuses and inner ear issues can cause the lightheadedness and dizziness. I just posted something about fibromyalgia. It causes pain in body from the nerves. Anxiety itself causes a lot of symptoms, we just have to find ways of coping. Be well
I know what your going thru! I too am not on any medications but get weird sensations, almost wave like inside my head... almost makes me feel like my head actually moves when I'm getting these sensations. I'm not sure why I'm getting them. I have never fell before, I get little twinges even too. Head feels heavy and I have soft spots on my head. They come/go throughout the whole day but never end up disappearing. Have you found relief from doing anything? I tried taking ibuprofen thinking that it would help, but it hasn't. Doctors have only diagnosed me with just anxiety and possible vertigo (well no crap!). But I have had dizziness for 5 years, and the on/off head pain for about a year now. I have even had an MRI of my head...no answers for me
Yes the last couple off days I've been feeling like this and the exactly same as me thought it was a brain tumour it's good to know it's not only me feeling spaced out and not with it I got worried and thought something was seriously wrong hope it goes soon not a very nice feeling but glad to no I'm not the only one so can't be a brain tumour thank god
