heart flutters 247
but ive been literlly getting them 247, sometimes they will calm down but when i wake up in the morning they're the worst, constact skippins beats and jumpings beats, the doc did say it wasnt anything seroius but im scared they've missed something i dont get how i can feel like this if theres nothing actually wrong, i thought i was getting better like a week ago but then i got a tight chest and started to panic and got alot of heart flutters, them my shoulders went all tight, and my back which is a new problem, i just dont see a why out this time, ive had this for about 7 years on and off but it would never stay like this.
okay i will try and get that done asap, what are the chances of it being seroius?
really? i mean whenever ive read up on people having the same problem they've always been fine but i just have it in my head that im not yano! ive been waking up with bad headaches along with the flutters aswell ugh it doesnt get any easier. thank you though
are u really a doctor? that reassures me alot knowing that!
wow, is waking up every morning with them normal aswell? even when im a bit more relaex that night, thats what scares me. also when i do get bad flutters and get anxoius my heart wont beat fast instead it feels like its going to stop thats what confuses me and scares me
I used to get these all the time. I've learned to calm myself and try to keep myself calm. They come once in a while. Best thing to do is ignore them. Eventually they will go away. Try and stay away from alcohol, caffeine, any type of energy drinks as they are terrible for you regardless. I started taking vitamins, eating healthier, and working out. Once I started eating healthier and working out they went away. Good luck!
all the time as in basiclly non stop because thats what mine are like, they will die down when i try and realex myself and im sitting down but happen more when im walking about tbh
I just came off of a two week heart event monitor for the same thing. I have had ekg, echo, stress, and all are normal. They made me do this because mine are so bad AND because my resting heart rate is in the 50's so they want to make sure. So far its all come back normal and its being chalked up to anxiety. I am not a candidate for beta blockers because of the slow heart rate and they have pretty much told me to eliminate stimulants and use relaxation techniques. I will update you when I get the results of the 2 week monitor. Hang in there, they are scary but from what all my docs have told me. harmless. xo
