I’m really hoping someone can relate with me on this one. So I don’t worry there’s something seriously wrong. But recently before I’ve had head vibration sensations. And it was after I quit taking anxiety medication. So I thought that’s why it was. Well it went away but the last two weeks it slowly came back and thus week is worse. It feels more like light headed and I got dizzy earlier. It gets worse when I drive (where my anxiety came from). Does anyone else experience these symptoms??

Weird head sensations
It could be a symptom of stopping the anxiety medication. What were you taking and for how long.
I get the. Feeling of tightness like my head is been squeeze and i get these feelings like its cold water running in my head
These symptoms are usually associated with stopping meds. I get head zaps. Sometimes they can come back. It’s to do with the neuro transmitters firing up again. They usually happen more in stressful situations. If they don’t get better soon go and see your doctor. More than likely he/she will suggest other meds. I don’t necessarily think that’s a good idea but they know you better than me. It’s never a good idea to quit cold turkey, you need to taper off usually over a few weeks. Good luck
I was only on them for a week and I was on the lowest dose. I don’t want to have to rely on medication so I avoid the pills route
I get a lot of these head sensations non stop and choking sensations with it all, zaps pressure faintness feeling and I have not taken any antidepressants yet it all sounds like symptoms of coming off of antidepressants and I am told it’s all stress and anxiety related and still trying to rule out awareness seizures or non epileptic seizures or severe panic and anxiety. It all started a year ago and now the head pressure is insane for months and nothing relieves it. My head does not feel right and all these weird sensations and rubber band feeling of popping in my face and head too. Doesn’t make any sense to me and it’s preventing me from being able to do so much. I only have ativan 0.25mg when the episodes get to the point I feel like I am close to going out or shaking to prevent me going via 911.
Well it doesn’t sound like that then. I know I used to get a lot of buzzing in my ears when I wasn’t on meds. I’ve been on meds since 1991. I’ve tried lots of different things but I don’t believe any of them have done much good. Keep researching everything you can because there will be stuff that you find helpful. Best wishes
