I have been obsessed with my heart for a few years now and I’m glad I’m not alone I have a community of people who share my fear. Heart Anxiety I’m glad to be able to put a name to the feeling and obsession. The fear has been so bad I’ve been scared to talk to the doctor or get tested but once I did she said there was no cause for concern my blood pressure has been great and and the halter was perfect so idk

I can definitely see how anxiety would lead to specific anxiety. I currently feel like I have a cold... even taking medication for it. But, in reality it is probably me being so worried that I'm manifesting symptoms.

I wish u luck on your journey!
