So for a couple months now my anxiety has been acting up...i wake up with fear flowing through me every morning and my heart sometimes beats fast...i have feelings of dread. I can fall asleep within a few mins if I'm really tired but I wake up within an hour or two with fast heart beat and fear. Then maybe I can fall back into a light sleep for like another hour or two...it sucks! I need some way to fall asleep and stay asleep! I also want to stop waking up with fear sleep used to be my favorite thing and id feel so rested but now I feel like I'll never sleep good again....can anyone relate?

Melatonin helps. Wal Mart carries it.
I occasionally use CBD oil as a tincture with drops under my tongue. It works well with no hangover affect like from taking sleeping meds. i live in the U.S. in a state where canabis and related products are legal.

Hi honey. Try ot the Dare app and Headspace app! Support helpful for anxiety and sleep. It helps bring you back to reality and takes the stress and fear away. My mind races constantly add i have ocd, and these apps are truly helpful, God led me to them and I have to share cause they helped me so much, he wants me to share calm and peace with others

Chellybean18 I know the feeling. But you cannot let fear take over you. Remember, these are just feelings and sensations that our bodies go through. Nothing is going to happen to you. Your healthy and you are strong. You are stronger than fear. I highly recommend deap breathing excersises before bed. The apps that Naliegha is suggesting are great apps to help relax you body and mind (Dare, Headspace, Pacifica). I've been dealing w/ panic attacks and anxiety for a few months now and those app have helped me. Stay strong...you will over come this! God bless.
Chellybean18, I have been there too! Stretching for 30 minutes before bed and lavender oil and lotion always help me. Also, no screen time an hour before bed. I also read or try to pray until I fall asleep. I hope this helps.
