Hello DanielSparkles, try looking up Piriformis syndrome. I know you said you don’t want Dr. Google ! I get that. Really I do but the sciatic nerve runs directly underneath you behind/bottom and sometimes the pifiromis muscles gets irritated because of lots of sitting down . Just please don’t chase to many ailments down because I mentioned it. It’s a easy fix really. And then look into the stretches you need to do for help in relieving the pains caused by it. It’s a start for maybe some relief with your leg issues. I’ve been stretching mine daily and have had great success in relieving those pains .
