Freaking out!!!

Hi guys. I’m 24 years old, Since the 1st on January I’ve had pain in my side/back I went to see and out of hour DR who told me I had a urine infection and prescribed me antibiotics.. I couldn’t get these antibiotics as the pharmacy was closed for 3 days due to the new year. I called back again and they told me to go back in to which a dr done a dip test of my urine and told me the infection was gone.. fast forward to now. I’ve missed a period, my last was the 25th of November, I’ve had FOUR pregnancy tests 3 being my doctor and out of hours and all have come back negative. I was told to go to a and e tonight where a nurse told me I do infact still have a urine infection but she couldn’t tell me why my period has been missed and I’ve to wait for blood tests on Wednesday. My tummy feels really full and bloated to the point I feel like I’m going to pop. Along with a missed period I have so many things racing through my head. Cervical cancer, ovarian cancer, bowel cancer ect and I can not relax at all. The missed period is really getting to me. Why does my tummy feel full and bloated 😭😭😭😭 freaking out to the point I cried the whole day yesterday from when I woke up to bed time. I’m really freaking out
