My anxiety has been so bad now ,& all the bad thoughts in my head also having panic/ anxiety attacks & nightmares

Nothing. I've been like this for years ,but having a really bad time ,,I'm having a couple of anxiety attacks a day ,& when I have one I see things

What kind of things do you see?Did you ever have these anxiety attacks addressed when they first started years ago?

There is usually a reason for anxiety. It can start with a thought, an event or a continuing

situation.

I am not a doctor or therapist so I can only go by my own experiences with Anxiety.

If you are having several anxiety attacks a day, they need to be addressed.

Once we get into that cycle, fear begets fear. We are here to listen xx
