Does anyone get constant head pressure that feels like it causes a headache and my ears feel stuffed and pop a lot...I have been really struggling. I had a panick attack yesterday morning because of it..first one I have had in years..the pressure makes my face feel numb...my friend told me my anxiety is probably super high because there has been a lot of changes in my life in the last month with losing my job and 3 of my kids moving out..I just didn't think it would affect me this much..I feel like I'm losing my mind. I dont want to go anywhere or do anything I just wanna be at home 24/7...sorry about this long post..I have been posting on here a lot recently so sorry if its all redundant things..I have a virtual doc visit on Monday to hopefully do something to help me. I just don't know if this is really all anxiety or if something is really wrong

Hi, I’ve been the same as you lately with the most awful head pressure, it’s so scary and horrible,, I don’t have any answers for you but just wanted you to know your not alone in this, anxiety can cause so many scary physical symptoms and head pressure is one of them for me. I try to relax which I know is easier said than done and talk to your doctor in case you have have a problem with your ears maybe. Hope your feeling better soon, take care, always here if you need to chat and vent, your not alone

Hi, yes it makes me feel really weird, and very spaced out, my ears ring and my balance can go. When this happens I tend to panic which makes things worse so it a viscous circle. I’m at the moment on antibiotics for a suspected ear infection but I don’t feel any better, I tend to stay in bed and try to rest and relax. Wish I had answers for you but I don’t, all I can offer is a listening ear

For the past 2 months 8v had this problem.Head preasure also heats up and my ears start burning, it is quite scary,

Been to the doctors they did a blood test all. Came back clear, even had a head scan that came back clear too, i have no idea what's going on, when it does happen it is quite scary, i mean really scary to the point that you think your gonna die, just can't get rid of it

I have had constant sinus headaches/headaches since February of last year. Finally after battling it with sinus pills, sinus flushes and whatever I could do for it. It finally subsided in December. I still get them occasionally and am starting to feel likebitvwants to come back. I'm battling it before it comes back so it wont come back. I was just miserable with it. Hopefully you can beat this because I know how it felt. I didn't want to do anything. Good luck!!
