Does anyone get head pressure? I can't explain it it feels like my head is a balloon with pressure, it feels horrible my eyes are sensitive always watery the sun bothers me. I've taken all kinds of allergy meds nothing helps. I sometimes get dizzy, I've had this buzzing feeling in my chest. Seen a cardiologist everything came back normal😁,this is really affecting my life, I don't want to do anything because I feel so miserable, don't know what to do anymore😢Any suggestions!

Hi Normal63,  Oh yes, I do get the head pressure, sensitive watery eyes with light. Including what I call dizzyheadedness.   Have you been diagnosed with anxiety? If so, there is something you can do when you get that feeling.  Doing meditation as well as deep breathing can give  you that calm and peace both to your mind and body.

You need to practice doing this so that when you do feel this head pressure you will be prepared.  You then find a quiet spot, I prefer it darkened, sit straight with pillow behind your back, arms extended and resting on the arms of the chair and start deep breathing (belly breathing)  Don't think about anything else.  If you have a meditation tape play that in the background.  If you don't YouTube has many choices for you.  Find one that is audio and tune into that person.  With each breathe, I would say within 10 minutes you should feel that pressure relieved.  I wish you well..

Thank you, I will try that, I have noticed that when I feel the pressure, I close my eyes and feel somewhat a relief, sounds crazy huh, yes my dr said I have anxiety, I took citapram for a year and got off because It was nothing helping anymore.  I might have to get back on it. I wish you well too🙏🏻

I also had the head pressure for awhile. Tylenol helps to take it away. Benadryl helps too but of course it gets you sleepy.

Do you have any other symptoms? How long has this been going on for?

A few things that you may want to look into -

1. Adrenal fatigue and thyroid

2. Lyme disease and all coinfections (Babesia, bartonella, ehrlichia). You have to be tested by Igenex though, regular tests don't always cut it. Your doctor should be able to order an ELISA and a Western Blot. Also ask to be tested for the coinfections above. If you have 2 strains then you are positive forget the CDC needed 3 strains rule. And you need no less than 4 weeks of doxycycline

3. Diet - Try cutting out all dairy, caffeine and gluten for one month and see how you feel.
