Hi due to the virus I have been isolating for weeks now I had ha four years back which still makes me fear if have any pain I think it’s my heart as I already have anxiety and now as I was just about managing to go out trying to forget the virus made us stay in and in a way loose my confidence again and now my gp says I need a icd otherwise was feeling fine but didn’t realize tests would prove otherwise now I seem nervous and breathless I cannot understand if it’s from my heart or anxiety and cannot go to gp for fear if catch the virus i was wondering if anyone can help thank you

I just wanted to say, you have this. Practice some meditation daily, there’s lots of apps on line. Hope you start feeling better soon
