Head pressure ringing of ears occasional shortness of breath depersonalisation muscle twitching

Hi im a 22 year old usually healthy male ive never suffered from health anxiety before however I have suffered from periods of anxiety before but recently I have been worried that I may have something seriously wrong with me I’ve had blood tests eye tests and urine tests and everything has come back fine apart from a shortage of vitamin d which I now take fbslets for however I have been suffereing from pressure and different headaches along with occasional shortness of breath which stopped me sleeping for a while but has since not some muscle twitching, occasionally ringing in left ear, depersonalisation which makes everything worse as I feel like something is affecting my brain I am very worried recently the headaches and pressure haven been as bad However the other symptoms have gotten a little harder so I was wondering if this was a good sign or not ? And also if anyone else was going through anything similar thank you

Hi , I am so sorry that you are feeling this way. I can understand what you mean about the head pressure / pain and shortness of breath . I am constantly getting news pressure / fullness feeling and I do feel short of breath at times . I am wondering if I have sleep apnea .. have you ever thought about that ???? I am going to set up a sleep study as soon as things go back to normal . I suffer from anxiety and severe panic attacks .. I do get headaches a lot ... this is a great site to come to for advice and support !!!
