Hi. Yes it can. I get a lot of head tension with anxiety. I don’t know but I also get blurred vision a lot too.

I suffer with this longer its going on i think it something worse! I also get tingling feeling that comes and goes ! Do you get any other symptoms with it ?

Definitely, usually like a pressure but any tension can cause pain anywhere.

Absolutely. It's another symptom of anxiety and will not hurt you.
