Hi all, feeling really anxious and stressed for the first time in a while, heavy legs, dizzy etc, the usual awful symptoms. I’ve had an infection in my armpits for a few months and been on antibiotics since July on and off, have oral thrush atm for the third time which is getting me down. Also been referred to breast clinic as have a sore boob (no lump) I am so worried about it as both my sister and mother (who died 25 years ago) had breast cancer (faulty gene which I don’t have). Also joining new dentist on Monday and know I need some work done, terrified!! Help! Lx
Really stressed : Hi all, feeling really... - Anxiety Support
Really stressed
You seem to have a lot of worries going on, that are going to exacerbate your anxiety symptoms. Hopefully when all these things are sorted and you can breathe a sigh of relief, you will feel better.
I cope with horrible symptoms every day, like you, dizzy jelly legs, painful muscles, nausea... My Dad was very ill for four months thus year and died in June... All this upped my anxiety, and even now I am only just coming down from it... Coping, but my symptoms still persist.
I do hope you get all these medical things sorted quickly.
Best Wishes
Hi and thank you for your reply, I am very sorry for your recent loss. I just hope everything works itself out and I can move on, just really run down from the antibiotics I think and it’s getting me down. Obviously terrified for breast clinic visit too and know the appointment will be some week this time so cannot get away from the fact it is going to happen! X
Can't take away your worry bout the breast clinic, because you will worry, its natural. I had to have a few heart investigations in 2016, mainly because of my Dad having heart disease, luckily it was all OK, but the run up to them, and then waiting for the results was just terrible, anxiety through the roof! I became scared of the postman bringing news!!
I do hope you begin to feel calmer especially when all this is over for you.
One day at a time, feel free to talk or rant at me any time. xx
some times its better to show ur problem area to a group of people and get the worry off ur chest because 9 timee outta ten it's just not having enough reassuring
