Hi Hannah3i, Once you know your triggers, it's a good idea to have them addressed

by a therapist. Talking about what prompts them will help you find the key to accepting

how to control them.

Insomnia, nausea and accelerated thinking are but symptoms of an issue going on in

your life. They can be controlled and even stopped but first things first.

Have you been diagnosed with Anxiety? What is your living situation like? Your work

issues? Health issues? You see we have to take apart where these symptoms all come

from physically or mentally and then we can move ahead. :) xx

Are these things from your childhoos that have risen once again?

That child in you has apparently not healed completely...When something

arises in adulthood, it once again need s to be re addressed..

Sometimes we think we have resolved the triggers but only just

swept them under the carpet. Are you still seeing a therapist?? : )xx

Hi Hannah, sorry to hear your anxiety is back. Going to a therapist or doctor is definitely a good idea. There are many things you can try that might help. One big thing is checking nutrient deficiency things like vitamin d which you can get from sunlight (without it your body might struggle to produce sleep hormones). Exercise is another big one just a simple 30 minute walk (in nature if possible) can have real benefits that night for sleep. You might also like to check out Paige Pradko's channel, it is full of great advice on how to get anxiety and insomnia under control youtube.com/@PaigePradkoThe... Wishing you peace and health.

Hannah I hate hearing when people especially when you’re new at it when we get anxiety and we get overwhelmed in that. Best thing is is yes go see your physician or a counselor or both but I’ve been dealing with health, anxiety and anxiety, panic attacks anxiety disorder for 45 years now and I’m a man and sometimes it beat you down. Pretty good. just keep in mind. Sometimes we come from like myself at dysfunctional family or traumas in our life triggers some of this anxiety we feel unsafe or scared or worried or alone things like that will trigger it or can. I always try to keep in mind that because I came from a dysfunctional family and things happen to me as a child traumatizing makes you not understand the feeling you get so I guess what I’m trying to say is we need tools to deal with these feelings, and all of that, and knowing that it had nothing to do with us, but it still triggers us, and and causes anxiety in that. I try to keep in mind that I haven’t had tools to deal with these things all my life, but anxiety and depression in that not severe, but moderate is a normal thing pretty much but you learn to deal with it and the more you just embrace it and know that it’s not gonna kill you the easier it will get. But again see your accounts are in your physician and they can certainly help. Get around lotta people too and don’t stop life. Keep moving .
