ive been feeling the same i have bad headaches i had vertigo and neck ache and shoulders l feek like i feel dizzy unstable like im gonna fall over or pass out. Ive been recently having the i cant get enough air in me feeling it feels like theres pressure on my chest . Ive done test on my brain but they say im fine. I see a heart doctor done all stress test and heart ultra sounds and blood work come back fine but the doctor did say one of my heart valves has a small leak but didnt seam to worried about it. So i dont know whats going on with me. And im sacred.
I realy keep pushing myself everyday...I feel like meditation and not thinking about it helps..but definitely being anxious all the time not knowing my breathing pattern I guess startles it...I'll keep searching for answers even through the doctors and I will update this post..in the meantime keep pushing..I know it's hard because it is for me to but try to not try so hard to think of it if you get my drift...try to focus on something else get your mind off of it ..you might notice a difference . Maybe not totally different but in time we will end up getting rid of it
What do you take ? im afraid to take meds i always seem to get a side effect from them. I was on zoloft i. Felt really good then i started to get really shaky so it scared me to stop them .
I never tried anything yet , but I have been prescribed zoloft just never taken them. I'm just like you scared to get on them due to the side effects, but I'm probrally not going to have a choice my anxiety just gets worst and worst everyday I'm going to have to try it out some how...
Hi i got off the medication i can't take antidepressants my body rejects them every one i take i get a reaction to them i wanna find something natual to take instead something that has no side effects
It's weird because I dont yawn much..and I dont know how to make myself yawn on my own without feeling tired....
I literally have to pull hard to get atleast one satisfying breathe, this will go on everyday ..Iv had it for about a month already. I do believe it's related to anxiety due to many test taken normal...but it's like my chest hurts from taking deep breaths
Yea it’s hard i can’t really explain how to yawn but it’s not a physical condition you have your lungs are fine I bet one thing that’s helps is being busy cause a lot of it has to do with monitoring your breath and yea lol my names funny
Ya I find that being buizy pre occupies my mind but it's like always still there...idk maybe mine is a little worst maybe because I'm not controlling my anxiety as much as I need to...but I think I need to control it more with meds and walking and diet
MRA of head and neck normal. MRI of brain normal. MRI of Cspine and thoracic spine normal. Lumbar spine showed bulging disc and mild stenosis, nothing that could effect the brain like it has been. Limes disease negative. Low Vit d and normal on low side range b12, been supplementing for a few months now. Thyroid test ok.y levels go sightly abnormal here and there, I have multinodular goiter. Cortisol normal. Phenochromcytoma ruled out by blood work last year.
Eeg done last year one said normal with rare phase inverting sharp. So I Had a 72 hour video eeg and it was normal- didn’t have an episode during that time so not sure. Waitng to get another one sometime this December, waiting for the new machine and staff to be trained, though this has been what I’ve been told all summer long, so if not I will have him send me to a nigger hospital to get it done if o have to.
Last year went to cardio and had a echocardiogram and cardiac stress test and wore a zeo patch for 14 days (Luke a halter monitor, but small and sticks to your skin near your heart) and all was normal just a few beats of my heart that would speed up but nothing of concern
