Please if there is anyone who knows what is wrong with me ... I have not been the same me from 2 years when I suddenly felt pain in my abdomen ... Every possible test I did to rule out anything serious but doctors said you are normal and used to send me home ... Then after 2 months I felt pain in my head and my Abdominal pain disappeared ..the pain was so harsh that I could not lay my head on my pillow .. so worried again went to doctors ..did ct scan MRI ..Clear .... Then after 2 3 months I noticed burning stomach with Nausea For 2 days and it turned into stomach pain and guess what headache disappeared ... Stomach ache was there for couple of months .. endoscopy clear ... But pain still there ..... So the stomach pain disappeared and the chest pain came in ... I used to smoke so thought I have lung cancer ... To be honest I take every sensation in my body as a symptom of cancer... Then did x Ray lungs they we're fine ....... Then the throat pain even some days my tongue hurted a lot ....so these 2 years I have suffering from these thing and constant pain ... Not a single day without pain. and even from that day when I fell sick like this I never have good digestion can eat properly....loss of appetite
Just 20 days before as I had throat pain from past 6 months I have been not concerned too much to my throat pain because I knew it was not anything but sometimes used to woorry when it hurted to swallow or anything... So starting May I noticed pain in my genitals when I touched .. so I kept touching them why they did hurrt .... And ended having testicle pain .... And throat pain disappeared .... I even sometimes have had nausea from that day... So I got worried of this pain so just 5 days before I went to hospital and did usg of my genitals and they said it's normal .... Did blood test and urine test said fine but my blood platelets were low like 110 ... But they said it's ok ... You don't need to worry .... So I went home relaxed and but pain was still there . And I had right leg pain also but little . So after two days my testicle pain lowered and my leg pain increased. . Then the next day I heard that my uncle is having cancer to his kidney spread to his spine bone .he had been having backache from couple of weeks and no other symptoms .... And as he did MRI he found small mass in his spine bone .... The moment I heard this from him that I had pain in my back .... Sometimes I couldn't feel the flesh of my thighs... And hip pain thigh pain .... I have also started having back ache mostly on left plus hip pain thigh ... I am worried I have nausea also some days ..... My joints hurt to much sometimes ... Like stabs of knife in my legs .. my both whole legs ache with back ... Even my tooth gums swollen on the roof of my mouth. ... Really worried .... Has cancer spread to my body .. that's why I am having these infections and aches ššš or is this anxiety ruling over me ... I don't want to live like this ...

Your GP has done all your tests and checked the areas that are or have been painful. It sounds like Anxiety. If that is the case your GP may treat to calm your Anxiety.
It is not cancer, many people who suffer Anxiety seem to worry it is cancer I do not understand why.
I had not had that much fear from 6 7 months .... I used to control it ... But hearing the news of my uncle ... I am very worried and have got same symptoms from that day when I heard this ... I am in too much pain .... My both legs from toe to thighs and back ache a lot ... š
What happened to your Uncle ?, sometimes when something unfortunate happens we can suffer Anxiety and fear, especially if we have been shocked or surprised at what life throws at us
Talk to your GP to discuss how you feel, explain what has happened hopefully He will be able to put your mind at rest. Things like this are not unusual as we get older not much regards same phases, although it can cause a concern
The main problem with Anxiety is we become sensitized to various pains in our body. In your case pain in testicles could have become worse as your examined yourself over an extended period, then the concern becomes a problem.
The way you describe your problems and the interaction with your GP sounds like your Anxiety is working overtime. We all have problems similar with our Anxieties , in your case this, you think various pains etc are cancerous, this is also common as an Anxiety condition. Your GP should be able to calm your condition down over time. Sometimes to many medical tests can just make matters worse for you, you begin to imagine sensations are worse as you become worried that the tests are not showing any problem
Pain in the gut may mean constipation, or you have eaten something that has disagreed with you, then you jump to negative conclusions. however if unhappy you need to put your mind at rest, see your GP. To be honest I am going through an extended tranche of tests because of various developing conditions. I have three further appointments next week for injections. I am becoming distressed by all that is going on, However I am getting older now, near sixty nine. As we get older tests may become more intense or invasive.
I am 23 yet ..... š. Totally feeling myself worthy less ... Today I am having so much pain my back andalso have terrible headache from the frontside .... This possibly gives me so much tension that I can't focus on anything else just this ..... Can't live in so much pain ... My back hurts when in bend or strech it ..... I mean so much real symptoms .... And head hurts too much also ....š I am also worried because I have had low blood platelets ... Which also can be cause of (C).... The doctors said it's ok but I still worry too much ... I only worry because this pain is so annoying and can't let me do anything
When I was at work, we were always told never bend the back bend the legs and keep the spine straight. When we stretch, lifting your arms the spine may object.
If your blood platelets are low it depends on which ones red or white, your GP needs to check those and make sure you are not anemic or your immune white platelets are not below a certain level. Your GP can take bloods and check if anything is wrong. Your GP seems to consider you are ok.
The problem you have is many of the tests can be quite invasive and you need to be positive you have something bad, although in this case your GP considers all is ok and you have nothing to worry about.
You need to consider all is Anxiety and look for ways to control it. In the past I have heard of many who push their GP for hospital tests, they can become very invasive and to follow that pathway, will only give yourself more doubts as you will end up questioning the results. Try not going down that pathway, you could end up not trusting results your GP and the hospital consultant, generally for no reason
My white cells and red cells and other things in my blood are normal except the blood platelets ... I asked to many doctors about it ..they said it's ok for some people to have platelets like that . But still internet gives goosebumps about that low platelets can also be the symptom of cancer .... I am going mad of so much pain ... š I want to sleep for months or years until I get ok
Blood platelets are generally white or red, red you may need iron tablets to give a boost. White ones fight infections and illness, so if you have an illness or infection they fight that for you and assist in making you well. If your GP is happy be happy, sometimes platelets can be an unusual shape, however your GP is happy with them.
I go through blood tests about five or six times a year at the moment. Personally I really get fed up with them digging about trying to find a place to get bloods. I had a full screen three weeks ago and another about one week ago. I wish for a rest although I know I have a further test in four weeks time, if you are ok please do not knock it, you are very lucky. I am having a heavy course of tests etc at this time.
If you have a real need to find out about blood tests check on the NHS INFORMATION SITE they will explain all to you ON THEIR A/Z health site
You sound like your body is suffering from hyperstimulation. I have read about this from anxiety.com.
Basically it means you are so worked up worrying your body is finding it hard to cope, be normal with all your worrying and probably muscle tension. Ever heard the expression ( your nerves are frayed!?)
You must be exhausted from all the worry. But something that struck me in your message was... You say when you get a different pain and worry about that, the other pain goes away. You've taken your focus away from your leg pain and now you're worried about your back, now you have back pain, but your leg stops hurting.
Can you see what's happening... Just your focus. Yes you have to get things checked by a doctor if course... But mostly we do this to ourselves.
The last pain before my back and leg ache was testicle pain ... And though I did a usg and it was normal ... So after that my leg pain and back ache came in and the same day the testicle pain disappeared ...right now I am suffering from back pain .. sometimes leg aches. . Even I feel stabbing aches in my upper shoulders feet .but most probably I am focusing on back pain it think this is causing every pain in my body.. Hands arms šššš . But yes you are right with every new pain the other vanishes
Gosh, I wish I could give you an easy answer to this...
It's time, calming our mind, breathing properly, staying hydrated. All these things help.
But once you have the all clear from your doctor, then hopefully you will start to calm down naturally.
I can say all this and I am still suffering with my symptoms although I try to live a normal life, not easy at all as my symptoms scare me, mainly muscle tension, unbalanced feelings and churning stomach, much worse if I go out or am with people, I sometimes still get it at home, but I cope better. I have had a lot of tests all OK... So now I have to try and change mind set. Distraction is the key for me, talking, laughing with someone, watching a movie... We have to find that switch for us.
I sympathise with you, but once you know its only anxiety, you can start to learn to be stronger, one day at a time.
What right now is terrifying me is the legs and the back pain at a time .... I mean I never have had backache or leg ache ... But when. I heard that uncle is suffering from this serious disease and had these symptoms I in one day have had the same symptoms .... I mean like how ??? š
I think this is something that a lot of people suffer when they hear of someone being ill, if they are a worrier, they can almost instantly get the symptoms, it's your mind playing tricks on you.
See your doctor and be honest, they've all come across this phenomenon before and will be understanding. Don't be embarrassed, say it for your own good, so you can get on with your life.
